I’m pleased to say the the growth of new bathroom installations continues upwards in the UK and that we are receiving a growing number of enquiries each month.

All our bathroom jobs come from our own niche plumbing website which is found at www.plumbing-guide.co.uk. What this means is that we have total control of the leads entering our lead pool and know exactly how they were generated.

Bathroom GuideOnce a lead is put through by a homeowner we call them back to verify the contact details and to ensure that it is a genuine enquiry from a homeowner wanting to get free quotes. Because we generate our own leads and take the time to verify it means high conversion rates for the plumbers on our network.

If you are already receiving bathroom leads from other networks them I would recommend that you keep an eve on the conversion rates because if you are converting less than half of the leads into paying jobs you’re probably losing out.

You should also note that lead quality is far more important than the price of the lead as there is really no point in buying really cheap leads if the rarely convert into a paying customer.

Since we started in 2009 most of our bathroom leads have gone to the networks such as Service Magic, Quotatis, MyBuilder, Rated People, Leads to Trade and Price Engines . However, we are now in a position to build our own plumbing and heating network which means we are actively looking to get decent companies registered.

All our new bathroom installation leads are qualified and by that I mean that we call each homeowner to qualify the lead before submitting to our lead pool. This helps us to reduce returns and save everybody a great deal of time.

I would also like to mention is that we get quite a few calls from homeowners complaining that appointments are not kept and that quotes do not arrive. This is never a good way to start with potential clients as image is extremely important and if you can’t organise a survey without messing up then it doesn’t look good for your business.

My point of course is that we want you to convert the leads you purchase into paying customers so whilst we’re doing everything we can to provide you with quality leads we want you to do your bit to ensure you convert as many customers as possible and come back to us for more leads.
